Our Frisco Office serves mainly Frisco and the immediately surrounding area (Little Elm, Hackberry, and northern areas of Plano, 75024). By keeping our service area small, we minimize travel and maximize our ability to serve you quickly. While most of our work is done on location at your home or building, we do have commercial clients that want to come to our office to meet. We are conveniently located in downtown Frisco, right on the Square. Please make an appointment first.

When we first started Choice Air Care several years ago, we quickly decided that Frisco would be one of our main service areas since we live right near by. Since then, it’s been the fastest growing city around, and it’s amazing to see the results of the $5 Billion Mile. From the Stonebriar Mall and all the other available shops, to Dr. Pepper Ball Park, Frisco is loaded with anything you can imagine. Even the Cowboys are now a part of the action. Not to mention all the influx from corporate relocations such as Toyota.

This is one of the most honest companies I have ever dealt with. Our A/C was blowing hot air so we called. They came by and checked it explained what was wrong, instead of trying to get me to buy a brand new unit was given an estimate of what it would cost to fix. Job was completed for a little less than estimate and because they are honest we saved thousands of dollars over new unit. Now back in a cool house. Thanks Choice Air Care.
My A/C unit went out on Saturday and I was thinking there is no way that I am going to have it fixed anytime soon. I made a call to Choice Air Care. They provided me with superior service (no pressure), reasonable pricing and unbelievable responsiveness. They came out that night, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Chris took the time to explain in detail the issue and what caused it, repaired it and I was back up and running same day (weekend). I will be using Choice Air Care from now on and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of A/C or heating repairs.
Can’t even begin to tell you how greatful I am for these guys coming out on such short notice. I called and they gave me a time for next day (but offered to come that night at 7pm). Chris shows up 10 minutes early and finds and fixes the problem in less than 30 minutes so that I can be on with my day. I am a serious customer service critic and I gave Choice Air Care 5 stars because the truly deserve it.

I called Choice Air this past week because my heater quit working and it was showing 54 degrees inside. I spoke with Chris to tell him what it was doing and he came out same day. He had it back up and running less than 15 minutes after arrival. I will definitely use them in the future and really appreciate the service.
